We continue to operate by appointment only. If you'd like to drop your unit off at our Richmond facility, we do have a lockbox available for drop off. Secure parking lot is open from 6 am - 9 pm daily. Security cameras are installed for safety reasons.
Our shop will email you instructions upon providing us with your information.
Upon completion of diagnostics (2 - 3 days), we would send an estimate to repair. With your approval, parts would be ordered direct from Epson. Installation is prioritized based on what arrives. Typical turnaround time is 2 - 7 business days (highly dependent on availability of parts).
